You will be surrounded by go-getters who are undeterred by the word, "no" and are always looking to make new friends here at the dealership. If you aren't on the floor, then you are reaching out to HD of Indy family members over the phone and texting. You love cultivating relationships and solving problems for your HD of Indy friends and family!

Expectations:

• Having a valid motorcycle endorsement upon hire date is highly recommended
• Comfortable moving and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Excellent communicator both in-person and on the phone
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to work weekends

If you like being around Harley-Davidson motorcycles the Parts and Service department at Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis is for you. In this department you will have the opportunity to ride almost every motorcycle that comes through our doors. Whether serving as a Parts and Labor Specialist, Porter, or Driver you will be the link between our Master Technicians and our HD of Indy family and friends. To work in our service department you need to Be Relentless, Know Your Shit, and Champion the Riding Community around you.

Expectations:

• Having a valid motorcycle endorsement upon hire date is REQUIRED
• Detail Oriented, whether cleaning bikes or creating a Work Order details count
• Comfortable moving and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Confident with technical aspects of Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Must be able to work weekends

Our MotorClothes department sees more traffic than any other department here at Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis. Over 70% of the people who visit our dealership make a beeline directly to our t-shirt wall and selection of helmets. Working in the MotorClothes department is like being Governor of Indiana, you are shaking alot of hands and kissing alot of babies (metaphorically speaking of course). In this department you are comfortable working with all kinds of friends and family members, riders and non-riders alike.

Expectations:

• Having a valid motorcycle endorsement upon hire date is optional
• Welcome All, after all 81% of people who are walking into a Harley-Davidson dealership for the first time are headed to MotorClothes
• Knowledge of Riding Gear and benefits is a plus
• Must be able to work weekends
